From Trichy to two tax regimes.
Kloudoz Web Solutions started in Trichy in 2017, building software for real businesses. Along the way we went deep on the hardest kind of software there is — tax and compliance — because getting it wrong isn't an option and doing it by hand is a grind.
That work took us to the UAE, where we built a full tax-compliance platform for businesses navigating VAT, corporate tax and the FTA's e-invoicing mandate. We learned how to turn a country's tax rules into software that a small business and its accountant can actually use.
Now we're bringing that same craft home. ITA — the Indian Tax Assistant — is GST, accounting and payroll built ground-up for India: the CGST/SGST/IGST split, GSTR filings, PF/ESI/TDS, and an AI that does the data entry while your CA keeps control.

Correct beats clever
Tax software has one job: be right. We'd rather ship the exact CGST/SGST/IGST split than a flashy feature that's approximately correct.
AI drafts, humans decide
The AI removes the typing, not the accountant. Every entry, return and filing waits for a human to review and approve.
Built for India, not adapted
India's tax and labour rules are their own thing. We build for them directly — not by translating a tool made for somewhere else.
