Does ITA file my returns directly with GSTN?
ITA prepares your GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and e-invoice (IRN) data in the correct government format. Actual submission goes through a GSP (GST Suvidha Provider). We're onboarding GSP partners — until then you review and file from the prepared data.
Is my data stored in India?
We're moving to India-hosted infrastructure for production so your data stays onshore under DPDP. Ask us about the current hosting when you sign up.
Do I need a separate payroll tool?
No. The Business plan runs payroll and generates the EPFO ECR, ESIC contribution and TDS — including a clean non-PF/ESI section for excluded employees.
How does per-client pricing work for CA firms?
Your firm dashboard is free — you only pay per active client we do the books for. That's roughly ₹149/client/month, with volume pricing as your book grows. See the For CAs page.
How is ITA different from Zoho Books, Tally or Suvit?
ITA is one platform — the ledger, GST, payroll and the AI that does the data entry — not a Tally add-on. Payroll (PF/ESI/TDS) is included rather than a separate subscription, GSTR-2B/ITC reconciliation is built in, and for CA firms you pay per client instead of per seat. It's cloud and India-hosted, not a desktop licence.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans save two months and can be cancelled at renewal.
